AUTOMEC HEAVY 2014

Once again, AutoLinea was present at Automec (Parts, equipment and services International Trade Fair for Heavy and Commercial Vehicles). The Fair happened between 1-5 April at Anhembi Exhibition Pavilion in São Paulo (Brazil). With great tradition in this segment, AutoLinea attended the Fair with various releases.

The main releases of the company during the Fair were: a new line of Connecting Rods and Oil Pumps; spare parts for Iveco Engines, Complete Engines among other products. 2014 is the year with the highest number of releases in the history of AutoLinea. The company, with 30 years of experience in the domestic and international market, is complementing the motor line range of products, offering a wider solution to the market. “We produce most of items, some of which are manufactured in partnership with leading industries in producing auto parts,” said the general director of AutoLinea, Nelson Hübner Junior.

He points out that the company continues to invest in research and development to offer more complete solutions to the market. “AutoLinea has in the production chain of Hübner Group a world-class engineering process, which ensures quality and durability requirements in our products to the Aftermarket,” he says. The products come to market with quality seal, after going through a rigorous control. “We are an industry that unites tradition and vanguard, offering support and guarantee to all of our product line”.

To anticipate market demands, AutoLinea has, through research and direct contact with customers, launched new product lines in a pioneering way. The items for Iveco engines is a good example, the brand is growing in sales volume in Brazil. AutoLinea is the first independent industry of the aftermarket to offer the engine block cursor 13 and 2 cylinder heads (cursor 8:13) for the trucks of the Italian brand. This is another demonstration that the company is at the forefront of the market. Another example of innovation is the beginning of the commercialization of the engine block for trucks Mercedes-Benz model OM 447 and the OM 457 cylinder head, this application in electronic engine.

AutoLinea is also the first aftermarket industry to offer these products to the market. The company has also complemented the connecting rods and oil pumps lines, launching more than 20 new items. To strengthen this period of evolution, AutoLinea will attend the Automechanika in September – the most important international fair of parts, components and accessories for automobiles. In 2014, AutoLinea is also complementing the line of aluminum heads for light commercial vehicles, with four launches for Toyota, Mazda, Kia and Hyundai models. Additionally, the brand has been working for several years with cylinder heads for engines from Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Mitsubishi L200.

 

PARTNERSHIP

Two years ago, the company has partnered with Febi, the Bilstein Group Company, which manufactures components for electrical system, suspension, steering, brakes and engines for the light and commercial lines – with greater availability for European vehicles. Thanks to a differentiated strategy, the companies created the joint venture FebiAutoLinea, are working with an exclusive sales team for the light line and another team for Diesel powered vehicles – always in synergy with the sales team AutoLinea, which keeps another specific sector for customer service at the heavy line. Moreover, the German group Bilstein also has the Company Blue Print, which offers a range of solutions for japanese, Korean and American brands. According to Hübner, this partnership has great strategic importance. “Besides enabling our entry into other markets, with new products, the alliance provides action strategies in the spare parts sector boldly. The Bilstein Group, operates in various regions of the world, has extensive know-how and technological advances of jobs that can be innovative in Brazil, involving the areas of logistics, marketing, product and sales intelligence, “he says.
